Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Chennai. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care, managing patient health concerns, and ensuring high standards of care. Daily tasks include evaluating and responding to patient needs, coordinating with medical teams, delivering first aid assistance, and conducting or participating in training sessions. The role also involves effective communication with patients and team members to promote healthcare initiatives and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Healthcare knowledge
• Experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or similar within the medical field
• Proficient Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and patients
• Experience in conducting or participating in Training programs related to medical or healthcare services
• Empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Certification or qualifications in relevant healthcare fields
