Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Healthcare Specialist at Larsen & Toubro. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing emergency medical assistance, administering first aid, and supporting healthcare services at the workplace. The role also involves communicating with team members, conducting training sessions, and assisting with healthcare system implementation and monitoring to ensure workplace health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and knowledge of fundamental medical practices
• Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in providing healthcare services and familiarity with basic medicine practices
• Ability to conduct training sessions on health and safety practices
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety
• Prior experience in healthcare management or a related field is an advantage
• Certification in EMT or related medical training, with a degree in healthcare or related discipline preferred
