The ideal candidate should be clinically oriented and preferably have a background in Med Tech. It is essential to be fluent in medical terminology and have familiarity with major LIS and EMR's such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, and NextGen. The candidate must possess exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access/SQL database. Effective communication within the peer group, ability to multi-task, and meet stringent customer deadlines are crucial for this role. Providing project status updates as required by leadership, quick learning ability for compendium mapping/build file purposes, and willingness to work US hours for team collaboration are also important skills required. Key responsibilities include creating test directories for RBU's/EBU's, triaging and preparing demand requests for team members, monitoring and providing status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects, performing mapping of customer to codes, and producing ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors. The training for this role will be comprehensive and will involve minimal documentation and extensive mentoring. Access to QLS and EBU's will be provided, with modified access to limit PHI functions.
