As a Recruitment Specialist at HonorVet Technologies, you will be responsible for the full-life recruitment cycle for Healthcare US clients. Your role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting relevant profiles to clients while maintaining a pool of candidates. To excel in this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience in handling Healthcare US clients and demonstrate a solid understanding of US visa terms, processes, and employment legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to negotiations - Work with various Healthcare clients across the US - Utilize different portals to source candidates based on job descriptions and skill set requirements - Screen profiles according to job descriptions and ask relevant probing questions - Follow up with potential candidates and build a candidate pool - Submit appropriate profiles to clients while handling multiple requisitions simultaneously Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience in handling Healthcare US clients - Understanding of US visa terms, processes, and employment legal requirements - Previous work experience with Allied roles such as CT Tech, Surgical Tech, Ultrasound Tech, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you are eager to tackle new challenges and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.
