About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter with prior experience hiring for doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should be confident in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, and capable of building strong talent pipelines in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong database of healthcare professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure quality hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and deliver within defined timelines.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of proven recruitment experience in healthcare staffing.
• Strong network of doctors, nurses, and paramedical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
