Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: US Shift – Between 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (Any 9 hours working)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹41,000 (in-hand, based on experience & skills)

Job Description:
A leading international BPO is hiring experienced professionals for its UHG Healthcare Customer Service process. The role involves assisting US-based customers, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate and timely support while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience (Customer Service process)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• HSC or Graduate from any stream
• Ability to work in rotational night shifts within the US shift window
• All educational and previous employment documents are mandatory
