Job Description

As a Healthcare Associate in the US Healthcare Voice Process team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, insurance verification, and patient information. Your role will involve verifying patient eligibility, benefits, and insurance coverage details with accuracy, assisting patients, providers, and insurance representatives in resolving queries, and documenting call details accurately in the system. You will need to maintain quality and productivity targets, ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, insurance verification, and patient information. - Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and insurance coverage details with accuracy. - Assist patients, providers, and insurance representatives in resolving queries or discrepancies. - Document call details accurately in the system and follow up on unresolved cases. - Maintain quality and productivity targets as per business standards. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow and client satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Any graduate or diploma holder (non-technical or life science background preferred). - Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. - Willingness to work in US night shifts. - Good listening and problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of US healthcare processes such as claims, insurance, RCM, or patient support (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to handle high call volumes with a professional attitude. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in US Healthcare Voice Process / AR Calling / Medical Billing / Insurance Verification. - Familiarity with healthcare terminologies and EHR systems.
