Healthcare Architect

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with medical regulations, safety codes, and functional efficiency. The role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and medical professionals to create state-of-the-art healthcare spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization & Design: Develop hospital, clinic, and healthcare facility designs ensuring optimal patient flow, space efficiency, and functionality.
• Project Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet healthcare standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, local building codes).
• Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, structural engineers, and contractors.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to oversee execution and ensure adherence to design.
• Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials considering hygiene, durability, and sustainability.
• Client Interaction: Present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Experience: 3-7 years in healthcare architecture, hospital planning, or medical infrastructure projects.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare building codes, hospital design principles, and infection control requirements.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on NABH-compliant hospital designs.
• Familiarity with sustainable healthcare design practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
