Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operation Admin to manage and oversee daily hospital operations. The candidate should have strong administrative skills and experience handling operational activities in a healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hospital operations and administrative functions
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments
• Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, and support services
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and coordination
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards
• Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
• Support management in operational planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple departments as an admin
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital systems preferred)
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience working in hospitals or healthcare organizations
• Can independently handle the operations department as an admin
