Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Thodupuzha for a Healthcare Administration Faculty specializing in BAMS, BHMS, or MHA. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures and practical training sessions, developing and updating course materials, and mentoring students to enhance their academic and professional skills. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum development, assess student performance, and provide guidance on projects and research initiatives. Additional responsibilities include fostering industry relationships and promoting academic excellence among students.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Administration, including BAMS, BHMS, or MHA disciplines, and a strong foundation in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and delivering lectures or training programs.
• Proficiency in mentoring and guiding students in research, academic projects, and career development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry practices and regulations.
• A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, BAMS, BHMS, or a related field is required. PhD or other advanced certifications are a plus.
• Prior teaching or academic experience, especially in the healthcare or education sector, is highly desirable.
