Health Operations Analyst

You will be designated as a Health Operations Analyst at Accenture, a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security services. With a focus on Provider Network - Order Management, you will be responsible for embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations, driving superior outcomes, and enabling streamlined operations to cater to the evolving healthcare market. As part of the Healthcare Management team, you will oversee the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass day-to-day operations, department activities, budgeting, research, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations. Within Order Management, you will manage business processes related to orders for goods or services. This includes assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices from order creation to fulfillment, financial settlement, order prioritization, invoice matching, inventory management, provisioning of services, and billing activation. As a Health Operations Analyst, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, collaborate with peers at Accenture, and receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
