Health Insurance Cross-Sell Executive

As a member of the Cross-Sell Health Insurance Team in Gurgaon, your role will involve driving cross-sell health insurance products to existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, educating them on product offerings, and ensuring a smooth sales process with high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage existing customers for health insurance cross-sell opportunities. - Understand customer profiles and recommend suitable health insurance plans. - Drive conversion through consultative selling and a need-based approach. - Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure closure within defined timelines. - Maintain strong relationships to drive renewals and referrals. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries quickly. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in health insurance sales, preferably in cross-sell or upsell roles. - Experience in an insurance company or broking firm is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven approach. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
