Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Executive Location: Virar West, Mumbai Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (1 Rotational Week Off) Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives Job Summary:We are seeking experienced and dynamic candidates with a background in Health Insurance Sales to join our team at RGI. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven expertise in selling health insurance products. Key Responsibilities:Sell health insurance policies to potential customers through outbound/inbound calls or walk-ins Understand client needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans Explain policy features, terms, and premium options to customers Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Follow up on leads and maintain a strong client relationship Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Health Insurance Sales (mandatory) Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Location Preference: Candidates staying near or willing to commute to Virar West Perks and Benefits:Fixed Salary up to ₹20,000 per month Attractive incentive structure based on performance Opportunities for career growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
