As a Health Coach at Mountainor, you play a crucial role in assisting clients on their wellness journey and driving sales of health and wellness programs directly to consumers. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting one-on-one health assessments and creating personalized wellness plans encompassing fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. - Guiding clients through fitness routines, offering nutritional advice, and suggesting mindfulness practices for holistic health. - Engaging with potential customers through outreach, social media, and other marketing channels to promote and sell Mountainor Well Being's wellness programs. - Tracking client progress, reporting sales performance, and monitoring market trends for continuous improvement. - Building lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and resolving any concerns they may have. - Collaborating with the marketing team to align wellness program offerings with customer preferences and to create engaging promotional content. - Leading online workshops, webinars, and group sessions to drive awareness and interest in Mountainor Well Being's offerings. - Staying updated with industry trends and participating in relevant training to enhance coaching skills and product knowledge. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, or similar certifications preferred. - 1+ years of experience in health coaching, wellness program management, or sales, with a focus on D2C sales. - Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition, mental health practices, and lifestyle changes. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and client engagement software is a plus.
