Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with clients to support behavior change, improve health outcomes, and manage chronic conditions
• Translate complex diagnostics and health data into easy-to-understand, actionable steps
•  Provide regular follow-ups to track progress, offer encouragement, and course-correct where needed
• Empower individuals to take ownership of their health through motivation, education, and mindset support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including nutritionists, physiologists, and clinicians—to deliver integrated, personalized care.
