Responsibilities Provide Doctor/ Health Coach support with chart prep, scheduling etc. Assist clinical teams with administrative member-requests and overflow tasks as needed, including medical record requests and coordination Manage communication between the team, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks Provide exceptional member service through prompt, accurate, and knowledgeable responses to member inquiries and complaints Maintain ownership of member issues from receipt of the initial request to resolution Follow up with members to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction Utilize member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and report trends Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, SMS, email.
