As a Healthcare Calling Agent at our facility in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, providing clear communication and support to patients, building and maintaining client relationships, and applying your healthcare industry knowledge in daily operations. We are looking for individuals with a background in healthcare or experience in hospital EPBX handling.
