Health Camp - Manager

What you’ll do

• Manage

  end-to-end operations

  of corporate health check camps (pan-India).
• Ensure timely readiness of

  infrastructure, logistics, equipment, and human resources

  .
• Coordinate between

  camp teams, diagnostic partners, and corporate clients

  to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee post-camp workflows — testing completion,

  report generation, reconciliation, and delivery

  .
• Monitor timelines, quality, and client satisfaction through every step.
• Travel to campsites as needed to manage key client locations and on-ground teams.

What you bring

• 4–5 years’ experience

  in managing corporate health check camps or healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to

  coordinate across multiple stakeholders

  — test partners, customers and internal operations teams.
• Strong operational acumen, communication skills, and a “make-it-happen” attitude.
• Flexibility to travel across India for camps.

Location: Delhi / NCR (Travel required)
