• Key Responsibilities

• Client Coaching & Program Delivery

• Conduct one-on-one health and wellness consultations focused on weight management, body composition, and lifestyle improvement
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized slimming and wellness programs aligned with client goals
• Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and motivation to ensure client adherence and success
• Track client progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate client records

• Client Conversion & Sales Support

• Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into enrolled clients through needs-based consultations
• Clearly explain slimming programs, packages, and expected outcomes with professionalism and integrity
• Build trust and rapport to guide clients toward long-term program commitment
• Achieve individual and team conversion and retention targets

• Client Experience & Retention

• Deliver a high-quality, supportive client experience from onboarding to program completion
• Address client concerns, objections, and feedback effectively
• Encourage repeat purchases, upgrades, and referrals where appropriate

• Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with nutritionists, therapists, trainers, and sales teams to ensure integrated service delivery
• Follow company SOPs, ethical guidelines, and health & safety standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, slimming technologies, and wellness best practices
• Required Qualifications & Experience

• BHMS/BAMS/BSMS/BNYS/Pharm D/MSC Food And Nutrition

• Diploma or certification in Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Fitness, Coaching, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the slimming, weight-loss, or wellness industry

• Demonstrated experience in

  client consultation and conversion

  (sales or enrollment)
• Strong understanding of weight management principles and behavior change
