Headmistress - Gaur City

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of The Shri Ram Wonder Years as the Headmistress. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Must have excellent communication skills - Must possess NTT/NPTT/ECCE/Montessori certificate - Required minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Headmistress in a preschool setting As the Headmistress, you should demonstrate the following qualifications: - Leadership - Adaptability - Communication - Organization - Problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence - Time management - Understanding of education structures The Shri Ram Wonder Years is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team.
