As the Headmistress at The Shri Ram Wonder Years in Civil Lines, your role will involve overseeing the preschool operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of teachers and staff with effective leadership skills - Adapting to the dynamic needs of the preschool environment - Communicating efficiently with parents, staff, and management - Organizing and coordinating various preschool activities - Solving problems creatively and efficiently - Demonstrating emotional intelligence in handling various situations - Managing time effectively to meet deadlines - Understanding the structures and methods of early childhood education To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Must be a female candidate - Excellent communication skills are a must - Possess NTT/NPTT/ECCE/Montessori certificate - Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher is required - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preschool Headmistress is required Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
