As the Head of Transportation & Infrastructure (T&I) at the company, your role involves demonstrating effective leadership across project teams, focusing on employee engagement and retention, team development, and collaboration with the Canadian leadership team to deliver value. Your responsibilities include: - Representing the India-based T&I team and collaborating with the WSP Canada T&I Team - Overseeing local health and safety, risk management, and compliance assessments - Acting as a Brand Ambassador to promote WSP's Vision and Values - Managing team processes to ensure quality deliverables meet internal and project standards - Mentoring team members towards professional qualifications - Overseeing recruitment and team growth - Monitoring team capability and identifying training needs - Promoting team achievements within the organization - Contributing to bids, marketing material, and operational processes - Maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Contributing to knowledge sharing and staying updated with market trends In terms of people management, you are expected to inclusively lead, inspire, motivate, manage conflicts, and work across diverse cultures. Business focus includes influencing health and safety, delivering successful team performance, managing client expectations, and resource management. **Mandatory Skills:** - Senior technical and management leadership in transportation and infrastructure projects - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead engineering discussions and explain technical issues - Experience in resource, project, and people management - Awareness of current technologies in transportation and infrastructure design **Qualifications:** - Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering - Professional Engineering certification from a recognized institution - Over 20 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure design and management You should also possess strong business acumen, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with French language is a bonus.,
