Description
As the Strategic Execution lead for the training operations, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategy that is in line with the organizational goals, such as achieving placement outcomes and enhancing client cost-efficiency. You will be tasked with translating these strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, focusing on areas like trainer supply readiness, scheduling SLAs, and cost optimizations. Additionally, you will play a key role in aligning hiring and trainer capability building initiatives with the strategic learning and development focus areas, which may include GenAI, DevOps, Cloud, Java, and Python. In terms of People & Team Leadership, you will lead and mentor a diverse team comprising a Trainer Hiring Lead, a Trainer Manager, and a Program Delivery Head. Your responsibilities will involve building a strong pool of freelance and full-time trainers, managing trainer performance and engagement, and overseeing client training delivery and trainer rotation across programs. Collaboration across teams will be crucial to prevent silos, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure agility in resourcing. Operational Excellence will be another critical aspect of your role, where you will be expected to implement and optimize training operations technologies, streamline trainer allocation and schedules, and maintain a swift response loop for urgent hiring and scheduling needs. Tracking performance metrics and addressing operational challenges proactively will also fall under your purview. Stakeholder & Client Engagement will require you to work closely with various stakeholders, including the L&D Head, Content Head, and client representatives, to anticipate demand surges, plan for new technology programs, and mitigate delivery risks effectively. Building strong relationships with enterprise and academic partners, preparing regular operations dashboards, and presenting delivery health updates to senior leadership will be vital components of this aspect of the role. Continuous Improvement & Innovation will be a key focus area, where you will establish feedback mechanisms to identify process gaps, drive cost efficiencies through strategic measures, and explore AI-led solutions for enhancing hiring, scheduling, and trainer matching processes. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights, operational KPIs, and technology-driven approaches will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess a strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution, extensive experience in scaling training teams across various domains like IT, BFSI, or EdTech, and a deep passion for enhancing the trainer experience. Your proficiency in managing enterprise and University clients, understanding SLAs, and delivering on program scale-up demands will be essential. Being data-driven, adept at managing large teams of trainers, and experienced in coordinating high-scale training initiatives will set you up for success in this role. Exposure to enterprise training in domains such as GenAI, ServiceNow, Java, Cloud, Python, and BFSI will be considered a definite advantage.
