Job Summary: Head - Technology Services Business Unit

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to drive our Tech services Business Unit. This critical leadership role will include P&L ownership.

The role includes - Effective functioning of all aspects of the BU, scaling up existing customers, bringing in new customers, establishing high performance teams and directing the successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications

  : in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant operational/project management methodologies.

• Experience:

• Overall, 15+ years of progressive experience in Tech. ODC management role, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role in executing end to end responsibilities
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets for Technology ODCs, building excellent relationships with global customers and scaling up the revenues, ability to hire super teams, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Significant experience in setting up and managing ODCs/SBUs across Analytics, Technology development, IT Services, Financial Services, BPO and/or technology product development domains.
• Delivery experience across state-of-the-art AI-ML technologies is required.
