Department: Service/Workshop
Location: Infinity Hyundai, Jharsuguda
Reporting To: Workshop Manager / Service Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead the team of technicians in carrying out efficient vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance as per Hyundai standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of Hyundai vehicles.
• Expertise in advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of workshop systems, tools, and diagnostic software.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in automobile workshop.
• Prior Hyundai dealership experience will be an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• First Time Right (FTR) percentage.
• Workshop productivity and efficiency.
• Repeat repair ratio.
• Customer satisfaction scores.
• Technician training and development records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,598.41 - ₹20,299.28 per month
