Head Software Testing Department (Automation)

Responsibilities:

• To head and manage the

  Software Testing Department

  in our company.
• To build/set-up

  Testing Automation

  teams, processes, and infra in a short period of time.
• Lead all Testing efforts across multiple Fintech projects

  Banking and Insurance

  .
• Manage, guide and mentor the testing teams, drive a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Preferably proficient with Fintech applications and testing processes, compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with security standards and testing, inherent to the Fintech applications.
• Lead automation initiatives, identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation frameworks (using Selenium).
• Oversee and execute performance testing as needed, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring application scalability.
• Proficient with QA processes, tools, and methodologies like the agile framework.
• Prepare and present testing status reports to management.

Requirements:

• Highly experienced in defining, implementing, and continuously refining comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Testing preferably in Banking, Insurance, or other Fintech domains
• Proficient with

  Test Automation Frameworks and Tools

  e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Experience with

  Performance Testing Tools

  e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner
• Expertise in various manual testing techniques
• Experience with

  Testing and Project Management Tools

  like Jira, ALM, and Confluence, etc
• Willing to work from our office in Noida
