Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a team of SEO specialists, fostering their professional growth and development.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings.
  3. Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  4. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and phrases for targeted optimization efforts.
  5. Utilize keyword data and insights to inform content creation, website optimization, and campaign strategies.
  6. Lead efforts to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
  7. Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO objectives, ensuring relevance, quality, and engagement.
  8. Manage technical SEO initiatives to enhance website performance, including addressing crawl errors, optimizing site speed, and ensuring mobile-friendliness.
  9. Implement schema markup and structured data to improve search engine understanding and visibility of website content.
  10. Utilize SEO analytics tools to monitor key metrics, track performance trends, and derive actionable insights for optimization.
  11. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, addressing challenges, and recommending optimization strategies.
  12. Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO-related communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, discussing strategy adjustments, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
  13. Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and deliverables.
  14. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, IT, and product development, to integrate SEO best practices into various aspects of the business.
  15. Ensure alignment of SEO strategies and initiatives with overarching business goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  2. Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.
  6. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  7. 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies for clients in the advertising industry.
  8. Deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies, insights, and recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams.
