Job Description

As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the SEO strategy across all regions including India, US, and the Middle East. Your main focus will be on technical, content, and off-page aspects of SEO. You will work towards building visibility on search engines, AI-powered tools, and voice assistants. Utilizing AI automation tools, you will research keywords, generate SEO-friendly content, and enhance workflows. Your role will involve optimizing content for AEO, developing strategies for GEO, and implementing structured data and schema markup for improved content visibility. Monitoring SEO performance, search trends, and AI platform updates will be crucial, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance site architecture and content. Additionally, you will manage external agencies or freelancers as needed and provide regular reports on performance and growth KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale the SEO strategy across regions including India, US, and the Middle East - Build visibility on search engines, AI-powered tools, and voice assistants - Utilize AI automation tools for keyword research, content generation, and workflow improvement - Optimize content for AEO, develop GEO strategies, and implement structured data and schema markup - Monitor SEO performance, search trends, and AI platform updates - Collaborate with writers, developers, and designers to enhance site architecture and content - Manage external agencies or freelancers when required - Provide regular reports on performance and growth KPIs Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in fast-paced digital teams - Deep understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO - Proficiency in using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Screaming Frog, etc. - Familiarity with structured data, schema, and website crawling/indexing - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Leadership abilities to guide a team or external partners Additional Company Details: - Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus - Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Python scripts, Zapier, APIs) is advantageous - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website functionality is beneficial - Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or content-heavy platforms for multiple regions is preferred As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the SEO strategy across all regions including India, US, and the Middle East.
