As the Head of SEO at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and enhancing our SEO strategies to drive growth and visibility across search engines, AI-powered tools, and voice assistants. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Leading and scaling the SEO strategy in various regions such as India, US, and Middle East focusing on technical, content, and off-page optimization. - Building visibility across different search engines, AI-powered tools like Google SGE, Bing, Chatgpt, Perplexity, and voice assistants. - Leveraging AI automation tools for keyword research, content generation, and workflow improvements. - Optimizing content for AEO including answer boxes, featured snippets, and voice search. - Developing GEO strategies to enhance presence on AI-driven results pages. - Implementing structured data and schema markup to boost content visibility. - Monitoring SEO performance, search trends, and AI platform updates. - Collaborating with writers, developers, and designers to enhance site architecture and content quality. - Managing external agencies or freelancers as necessary. - Regularly reporting on performance and growth KPIs. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SEO, preferably in dynamic digital environments. - Profound knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO practices. - Strong grasp of evolving AI and search trends such as AEO, GEO, SGE. - Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Screaming Frog, etc. - Comfort with utilizing AI tools for research, content creation, and audits. - Familiarity with structured data, schema, and website crawling/indexing. - Analytical mindset adept at translating data into actionable insights. - Leadership abilities to guide internal teams and external partners effectively. Additionally, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial: - Previous experience in B2B SaaS industry. - Familiarity with automation tools like Python scripts, Zapier, Make, APIs. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website functionalities. - Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or content-centric platforms across multiple regions like US, Europe, and Middle East.,
