Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Create effective strategies for search engine optimization for Moshi Moshi as well as for the clients. 2. Building a strong team of SEO to deliver the best possible results. 3. Oversee and supervise a team of search engine optimization experts. 4. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific. 5. Regularly check for crawl errors, canonical issues, bad redirects, duplicate content to let the client know and minimize such technical errors on the client site. 6. Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals. 7. Provide strategic insights on the landing page, ad creative etc for multiple clients. 8. Monitor technical search engine optimization issues and help in fixing them. 9. Optimize the content of landing pages, blogs and websites. 10. Direct and coordinate content teams in off-page search engine optimization tasks like link-building, forum commenting, etc. 11. Analyze the insights and create a report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc. 12. Collaborate with the Social Media & Paid Media Team during the SEO of marketing campaigns. 13. Stay up to date regarding search engine optimization and marketing standards. Requirements 1. Degree in Computer Science, Marketing or Business or any relevant field. 2. 6+ years of proven experience of working as an SEO Manager or equivalent. 3. Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in SEO, SEO Strategies and SEO Best Practices. 4. Proficient with Technical SEO, Content Marketing and Search Marketing techniques. 5. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Arefs, GSC, GA, Screaming Frog (or any similar crawling tool) is a plus. 6. Familiar with best project management techniques and practices. 7. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent. 8. Have an appetite for Risk and should be a strong decision maker. 9. Excellent leadership skills. 10. Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
