Content Creation & Management Write, edit, and commission content for product pages, blogs, videos, and social media. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality output. Ensure tone of voice and messaging are consistent with the brand. Performance & Optimization Partner with SEO and paid media teams to create high-impact, optimized content. Track content performance/business impact using GA4, Search Console, and CleverTap. Use A/B testing and data insights to iterate content for better conversion and discoverability. Governance & Compliance Ensure all content adheres to legal, compliance, and brand guidelines. Maintain a structured content repository and workflow using CMS, DAM, or project tools. Emerging Channels & Innovation Stay updated on GenAI/LLM trends, optimize content for RAG and SGE visibility. Drive content personalization and modular content use cases across journeys.
