Head Sales- Software

As the Head Sales - Software at our company located in Kolkata, you will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and strategic planning of the entire product portfolio of Software Products and Data center. Your role will involve interacting with the CIO and CXO communities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading contract negotiations with Large Corporations and Enterprises. Additionally, you will be promoting SFT Products for OEM partnerships and defining the vision & strategy to position the company as a global supplier for Software products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the sales and profit responsibility for the entire international business - Developing and presenting innovative strategic proposals and business cases - Managing a product management team to drive continuous improvements - Identifying and nurturing high potentials and talents within the organization - Defining and monitoring company KPIs to achieve set objectives To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A BTech/BE/MCA professional with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Software Products and Data center - Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and their implementation in IT Sales and Marketing - Leadership experience of 5-7 years in International and Domestic IT environments - Excellent people management skills with a high level of assertiveness - Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating abilities This position will require you to be an effective communicator representing the company with strategic customers, press, and analysts. You should be prepared for at least 50% travel to customers, interested parties, roadshows, trade fairs, and press events in both Domestic and International markets.,
