Head Sales- Software

As the Head of Sales for Software Products at our company, you will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and strategic planning for the entire product portfolio of Software Products and Data Center. Your role will involve leading a dynamic and ambitious team to grow the IT Products business unit. You will utilize your experience in Sales Navigation across the CIO and CXO communities to establish strategic partnerships and lead contract negotiations with Large Corporations and Enterprises. Additionally, you will promote SFT Products for OEM partnerships and define the vision and strategy to position the company as a global supplier for Software products. Your key responsibilities will include creating visionary innovations, presenting strategic decision proposals, and calculating business cases. You will represent the company to strategic customers, the press, and analysts. Monitoring relevant KPIs, controlling measures to achieve objectives, and managing sales and profit and loss for the entire international business will also be part of your role. Leading a product management team to motivate steady improvements and identifying high potentials and talents will be crucial for success. Qualifications required for this role include: - A BTech/BE/MCA professional with at least 15-20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Software Products and Data Center - Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and their implementation in IT Sales and Marketing - 5-7 years of leadership experience in an International and Domestic IT environment across multiple sites - Strong people management skills, assertiveness, analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and coordination skills This role will involve at least 50% travel to customers, interested parties, roadshows, trade fairs, press events, and analysts in both Domestic and International markets.
