Job Description

Accountable for revenue & costs of the vertical. Budgeting & Cash flow Management.

To develop Sales & Business strategies to achieve company goals. Perform businessanalysis and reporting to management for decision making purposes.
Foster and maintain working relations with senior officials of various government ministries& departments like CPWD, NBCC, State PWDs, Airports, MES.
Should have good knowledge of the piping & plumbing market in India. Should be able tocreate a large dealer/distributor network in India.
Work in association with ISSDA to promote SS piping in India. Focus will be hospitals,government constructions.
Should have good working relations with the Plumbing associations, MEP consultants, MEPcontracting companies Plumbing contractors, civil contractors & Builders.
Knowledge of the international plumbing market will be an added advantage.
Arrange regular product knowledge seminars/presentations with government departments, builders & Indian Plumbing associations. Regularly organized architect meets in all major towns of India.
Participate in events & exhibitions. Organize meets of plumbers & civil contractors.
Scalable and Sustainable growth through continuous & pragmatic innovation, a strong emotional engagement both within the company and with customers and partners.
Sourcing of material, Imports, Vendor Development (local & international) & New Product Development.
Develop and groom a professional sales team to ensure achievement of revenue targets, operational goals, customer satisfaction and individual career objectives.
