Head- Sales and Marketing (Marble Industry)

Manage and lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, interior designers, real estate developers, contractors, and dealers. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and client satisfaction. Explore opportunities in project-based sales, retail showroom partnerships, and exports. Work closely with the production and logistics teams to align supply chain and customer expectations. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to deliver high performance. Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure team alignment with company values and customer service standards.
