Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Establish the Quality Policy and ensure measurable quality objectives are established.
Determine and meet customer requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure zero complaints from customers due to QC escapes.
Establish appropriate communication processes, with emphasis on the effectiveness of QMS.
Represent the organization as a Management Representative in ISO QMS Systems and conduct Management Review meetings. Ensure compliance and represent the organization during audits.
Implement Quality Systems and foster a proactive quality culture.
Responsible for Vendor Quality Assurance, vendor performance monitoring, supplier corrective actions to prevent failures, and qualification of special process suppliers.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers, ensuring effective task execution and continuous skill development.
Conduct statistical analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Validate, review, and approve NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Reduce customer complaints through root cause analysis.
Oversee the inspection of parts for compliance with drawings and applicable specifications to ensure product quality standards are met.
Drive continuous improvement in product quality, processes, and overall operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum of 20 years of experience in Quality Management in the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and CAPA.
Familiarity with 8D methodology.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management.
Cross-functional team engagement.
Understanding of QMS (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, 5S).
