BE with 15+ yrs of experience in Quality Assurance , Quality Control, Operation, Vendor Management , Audit etc

Experienced in Pumps industry

Maintained and Improved systems as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in Quality Assurance and Testing

Increased No of Kaizens from 472 to 1056 for Quality department by conducting weekly meetings and motivating staff. Got Best Kaiznee.
Process audits and its score improvement year on year
Use of CMM, Faro Laser Tracker & Blue Light Laser Tracker for quality improvement
Setting departmental quality objectives, Goals inline with plant & CQA AOP • Planning & completion of Internal audits for various quality systems • Implementation of SAP S4 HANA QM Module
