Job Description:
*Lead & manage production of heavy fabrication equipment.
*Plan, schedule & execute fabrication activities as per project timelines.*Supervise fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors & other critical equipment.*Oversee welding operations (SAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) & ensure quality as per standards.*Ensure compliance with ASME Sec VIII DIV 1 & 2, TEMA, API & ISO standards of Quality & EHS.*Optimize shop layout, material flow & workforce efficiency.*Review fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR/WPQ documents & material specs.*Monitor machine utilization, manpower productivity & material usage.*Identify & resolve production bottlenecks with corrective actions.*Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations.
Skills Required:
*Proficiency in SAP & other ERP systems.
*Cross-functional collaboration with QA/QC, Design, Procurement & Safety.*Problem-solving & team development skills.
