Head Product Manager

As the Head Product Manager at our company, your role involves developing the Product Management strategy for Crushers and Screening business. This includes studying customer requirements, competitors" developments, and market trends to recommend improvements in existing products. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating new product developments in collaboration with sales & marketing - Providing suggestions to the Business development team on new product launches - Conducting market studies to determine product portfolios for new markets and product positioning - Analyzing the commercial viability of new products based on market needs - Guiding the team in preparing technical literature, documentation, and training the sales & Business Development team on USPs and value selling concepts - Conducting field trials with Sales & engineering function to validate the results of new products in line with gate analysis In addition to the above responsibilities, you are required to have: - Minimum 15 years of work experience in Spares & Product management - Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to guide and direct the team - Good Communication skills (verbal & written) - Effective networking skills - Strong Analytical skills - Excellent leadership skills (Guiding, Developing & Delegating) Qualifications required for this position: - Graduate in BE or Btech/ Mechanical / Electrical Engineering If you are interested in this opportunity, the job location is Coimbatore, and the required experience is 15-20 Years.
