Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall plant maintenance (electrical, mechanical & utilities).
  
• Drive preventive & predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  
• Oversee HT/LT systems, PLCs, drives, power distribution & utilities.
  
• Manage boilers, compressors, HVAC & water systems.
  
• Ensure safety, statutory & audit compliance.
  
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
  

Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  
• 1218 years experience in

  plant maintenance

  (manufacturing/FMCG/agro/process industries).
• Strong knowledge of

  Electrical & Utility Maintenance

  .
• Proven leadership, energy efficiency focus & problem-solving skills.
