Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd. a leading Executive Search & Selection Company offers services to Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure & Healthcare domain.

We have been mandated by a large conglomerate into Iron & Steel business for the below mentioned role.

Location : Kolkata ( For 2 Months have to move to Nigeria for Training purpose )

Qualification : BE / B Tech

Experience : 15 Yrs

Reporting to : Head - COE

Roles & Responsibilities :

Collect the necessary details for each field by consulting with the current job holder, managers, and other team members. This helps ensure the information is accurate and reflective of actual duties and expectations.
Use the field descriptions provided in the template as a guide to complete each section with relevant information.
Aim for clarity to prevent any ambiguity regarding responsibilities and competencies.

Job summary

Supports the Head of a function by handling Communications /interactions tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
Perform daily information flow, do analysis, suggest improvement areas ,take initiate to bring about the improvement
Look for best practices and benchmarks.
Documentation and ensuring teamwork.

Responsibilities

Support the Head in all his responsibilities , planning to analysis to delivery
Build interactions with field people in a heathy, constructive, contributory framework. 3.practice and insist that the processes set up by CoE must be followed.
Train people personally.
Seek and look forward to deputation to work in the field at Abuja plant.
Seek to create knowledge /build best practices.
