Nirali Hospital, operated by Apollo Hospital, established in 2010 under the aegis of the Nirali Memorial Medical Trust, founded by Mr. A. M. Naik (Padma Vibhushan awardee and L&T Chairman), is part of a philanthropic healthcare initiative aimed at delivering advanced, compassionate care to the region. Named in memory of Mr. Naik’s late granddaughter, Nirali, the hospital complex has evolved into a world-class medical hub in South Gujarat


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations & Administration at Nirali Hospital in Navsari. The role involves overseeing daily operational tasks, managing teams, communication, and budgeting.

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for inpatient and Outpatient Services, Non-Medical Services, Like F&B, housekeeping, Maintenance, IT, Operations Liasoning, Procurement, Pharmacy Services and office administration.
  2. Will be responsible for the operational efficiency of Front Office, Billing, Operations, Maintenance, Services and Facility Management.
  3. Conducting monthly review meetings of all Executives to review performance of previous month, targets for the current month and devising action plans for improving performance.
  4. Monitoring and ensuring operational targets are met by the hospital and allied departments.
  5. Ensure high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, all the while adhering to the organizational goals and work processes to manage effective operations
  6. To prepare procedures to implement the hospital policies, reviews existing policies and recommend changes considering NABH standards and guidelines.
  7. To consult with and advises departmental needs on problems relation to operations of the hospitals.
  8. The following departments will be directly under the supervision of General Manager. 
  • Front Office (enquiry, Registration, admission, billing etc)
  • Out Patient Department
  • In Patient Department
  • Billing
  • IT
  • Pharmacy
  • Stores & Purchase management
  • Housekeeping, Security & F&B
  • Maintenance.
  • Campus Administration
