We're Hiring: Head of Web Development & AI Integration

LINQ Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - a subsidiary of IQ Hub - is on a mission to revolutionize digital infrastructure across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

We’re building proprietary, industry-defining websites from the ground up - spanning energy, health tech, AI, and more. And we need a visionary tech leader to take charge.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and lead a world-class in-house team (front-end, back-end, UX/UI, DevOps, AI)

· Design and develop modern websites & internal systems

· Integrate AI/ML to enhance user experience

· Transition from outsourced to in-house development

· Manage infrastructure, security, and third-party integrations

· Work with founders to align digital solutions with business goals

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelors required, master’s preferred in CS/IT/AI

· Relevant certifications in Web Dev, AI/ML, Cloud, and DevOps

· 5 - 7 years in web development

· 2 - 3 years in a leadership role

· Proven AI/ML integration in web apps

Skills Required

· Elite full-stack development (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python)

· Hands-on AI tools/APIs integration

· Cloud & server architecture (AWS, Azure)

· Product-first mindset with clean, secure architecture

· Startup-ready: fast-paced, flexible, structured

· Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

· Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site, relocation required)

· Hiring: Immediate | Only Male Candidates
