Head of VAPT & Compliance Services

As the Head of VAPT & Compliance Services at Osto, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security services, focusing on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) as well as compliance engagements. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, scoping projects, pricing, execution, and ensuring successful delivery without the need for a security engineer on your team. This senior position is customer-facing, operational, and offers growth potential as you will eventually lead the Security Services department as the company expands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the delivery process for all VAPT & compliance engagements, including scoping, proposing, executing, and closing projects. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their requirements, timelines, and ensuring high quality standards. - Coordinate with internal and external security partners to guarantee seamless service delivery. - Develop and implement processes, frameworks, and documentation to facilitate scalable service delivery. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reporting and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the product team to create VAPT tools that align with service offerings. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of experience in VAPT, security services delivery, or compliance programs. - Profound knowledge of security assessments and certification workflows. - Exceptional communication skills, client management abilities, and a strong sense of ownership and execution discipline. - Demonstrated capability to establish and expand a services function in tandem with the company's growth trajectory.
