Job Description

As the Head of the Technical Department at the company specializing in diverse areas such as due diligence, real estate, credit underwriting, and financial services, your role will involve overseeing and managing technical operations for Real Estate projects pan India. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Cost to Complete assessment and Variance assessment of Budgeted Vs Actual Cost - Ensuring Quality Assurance and Approval Compliance for projects - Managing a team of engineers located at project sites across India - Undertaking technical due diligence for real estate projects nationwide To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Civil) and membership of RICS - Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with Real Estate Developers/Contractors or Technical due diligence Agencies - Strong project management skills to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of Real Estate projects - Excellent communication, team management, and leadership abilities This full-time office-based position is located in Mulund, Mumbai, and offers the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions while promoting collaboration across departments.,
