Job Description

Role Requirements

  • Take full ownership of Mobifly’s

    IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation

    business.
  • Build and manage a

    strong client pipeline

    for staffing solutions across India and the Middle East.
  • Drive

    end-to-end business operations

    including client acquisition, delivery coordination, and team leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house tech & delivery teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure

    P&L ownership

    and sustainable revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Minimum

    10 years

    of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or business development in the tech space.
  • Proven ability to

    scale staffing operations

    or lead a staffing vertical.
  • Strong

    client network

    and experience in

    contract staffing

    or

    staff augmentation

    .
  • Based in or willing to

    relocate to Gurgaon

    .
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a

    hands-on leadership

    style.
