Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Sales in the packaging industry at Amit Engineers. This is an on-site role located in Panchkula or Mumbai . The Head of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, manage accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead the sales team. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team successfully
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Panchkula / bombay
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
