Job Description

  • Develop and execute the

    sales strategy

    to achieve revenue targets of 200 Cr / 325 Cr / 450 Cr (3-year plan).
  • Build, train & lead a

    high-performance sales team

    focused on enterprise office clients.
  • Win large turnkey fit-out contracts (100,000 sft); drive market share in Grade-A commercial space.
  • Drive pipeline generation:

    30% from CKPC captive demand

    , 70% from external Bangalore market.
  • Own

    end-to-end key account relationships

    from deal origination pitch proposal closure.

Market & Client Strategy

  • Build deep relationships with

    CFOs, CRE/Admin heads, Workplace Heads, GCC leaders

    , and tenant reps (brokers/PMCs).
  • Partner closely with

    CKPC leasing

    to position fit-out solution early in the lease lifecycle.
  • Create

    strategic alliances

    with architects, CRE advisors, furniture and tech integrators to unlock referrals.
  • Translate client requirements into commercial proposals aligned to margin goals.

Commercial Management

  • Develop

    pricing, contracting, margin discipline

    with QS/Commercial teams.
  • Ensure structured

    milestone billing & cashflow protection

    on all deals.
  • Own order book management, forecast accuracy, and sales governance.

Brand & GTM Development

  • Champion CKPC Fit-Out Services brand positioning:
    Developer-grade integrated interiors speed, quality & single accountability.
  • Create

    client case studies, pitch presentations, marketing collaterals

    showcasing delivery excellence.
  • Represent CKPC at CRE events, GCC forums, and industry associations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Delivery/PMO, Design, Procurement & Finance teams to ensure

    flawless execution

  • Implement CRM, sales dashboards & KPIs for pipeline, conversion & revenue velocity.

Ideal Profile

  • 1220 years experience in

    office fit-out sales

    , corporate interiors, commercial real estate BD, or workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record selling

    50200 Cr+

    turnkey interior or D&B projects to top enterprise clients.
  • Strong C-suite network in

    BFSI, IT/ITeS, GCCs, Tech, Consulting

    headquartered in Bangalore.
  • Deep understanding of

    workplace requirements, MEP, smart office systems & commercial contracting

    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset experience in

    launching/diversifying business verticals

    preferred.
  • Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-execution environments.
