Business Development Head - IT & Engineering Staffing SolutionsLocation: Chennai (Onsite)Company: Exaways CorporationAbout Us:Exaways Corporation, a Talent Solutions Firm headquartered in Fremont, CA, is seeking experienced Business Development Specialists to drive our IT & Engineering Staffing Solutions in the United States market.Position Summary:We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional with a proven track record of acquiring direct clients and generating revenue in the IT staffing and managed services space. This role requires the ability to secure new business opportunities and build long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.Skill Required:Minimum of 12+ years of progressive IT staffing and account management experience.Has exposure in US market with good clientele base.Generate new business opportunities in the United States across Onsite, Offshore (India).Focus exclusively on securing Tier 1, Tier 2, Fortune 500 companies, and direct clients (private and public sectors).Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.Must have experience in working with direct clients.Must have experience in acquiring direct clients and signing MSA.Experience in handling delivery with Team Management.Strong knowledge of IT services and staffing Industry.Own the full sales lifecycle: from market research, lead generation, and client acquisition to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships.Open new lines of business by tapping into unexplored market segments.Collaborate with internal operational and functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives.Leverage your own network and sales database to build a strong pipeline of new clients.Proven track record in acquiring direct clients and achieving consistent sales growth.Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure.Independent, self-motivated, and hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.Ability to work autonomously while managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.Why Join Us?Competitive Compensation Package aligned with industry benchmarks.Performance-Based Bonuses and Incentive Programs.Recognition and Rewards Programs for top performers How to Apply:Please send your resume in Word format to hr@exaways.com and leads@exaways.com.
