Job Title: Director Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Company: Hightech Asian Private Ltd (Chennai, India) a subsidiary of Exaways Corporation (USA) Location: Chennai, India (On-site / Hybrid as per business need) Shift: 6 PM 3:00 AM IST (US business hours support) Experience: 10-15 years (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Hightech Asian Private Ltd is seeking a hands-on Director RPO to launch and scale our RPO business from Chennai, aligned to our US parent company, Exaways Corporation. This role owns client acquisition, delivery leadership, and P&L-oriented growth, with an immediate focus on winning at least 3 direct customer contracts during the initial ramp-up period. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition (Primary) Win new direct RPO contracts (mid-market to enterprise) in the US/India (as applicable). Build a strong sales pipeline via outbound, networking, partnerships, and referrals. Lead discovery calls, define hiring models, create proposals/SOWs, and negotiate commercials. Close and onboard customers, ensuring clear scope, SLAs, and governance. RPO Delivery & Operations Establish and manage end-to-end recruiting operations: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination. Define RPO service models (full-cycle, project-based, hybrid) and implement delivery playbooks. Track and improve KPIs: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, submittal-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and client satisfaction. Team Leadership Hire, mentor, and manage recruiters, sourcers, and leads; set targets and performance metrics. Build a strong culture of client service, urgency, and process discipline. Coordinate closely with Exaways Corporation stakeholders in the USA. Process, Tools & Compliance Implement ATS/CRM and reporting dashboards; create weekly/monthly executive updates. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable hiring practices. Standardize SOPs, templates, and interview frameworks. Must-Have Qualifications Proven senior leadership experience in RPO / Talent Acquisition / Staffing, including direct client acquisition. Demonstrated ability to close enterprise or mid-market contracts and manage client relationships. Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and delivery metrics. Experience managing teams and building processes from scratch is a plus. Comfortable working in US shift hours (6 PM3 AM IST) and engaging with US stakeholders/clients. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with US clients and RPO/MSP environments. Exposure to hiring in IT/ERP/Engineering/Professional Services (depending on target market). Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.). Success Measures (First 90–180 Days) Close a minimum of 3 direct customer contracts for RPO services during the start phase. Build a qualified pipeline and repeatable GTM motion (lead sources, pitch deck, pricing, SOW templates). Stand up delivery operations and a small core recruiting team; begin meeting SLA/KPI targets.
