What You’ll Do (a.k.a. The Playground)

• Build the Revenue engine for a Technology brand across entire Mumbai.

· Achieve monthly admission targets (Adult + Kids offline learning programs)

· Manage counselling, lead follow-ups, and conversion rates

· Conduct sales meetings, demos, workshops, and community outreach

• Turn creative ideas into tangible business impact.
• Lead a team who can execute your ideas with speed and precision.
• Build automations that make marketing run on autopilot while you plan the next big thing.
• Report directly to the Mumbai CEO, work closely with AI trainers — and drive the entire sales and marketing destiny of the unique brand in Mumbai.

• 3–5 years of hard-earned experience in brand + digital + performance + product sales.
• Scaled at least one brand from zero to traction.
• Drove campaigns that you still feel proud of.
• Worked directly with founders or built something of your own.
• You know how to combine creativity with Commercial clarity.
